Welcome to Flostado. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We've written them to be as straightforward as possible — no legal maze, just the important stuff.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of flostado.com, including browsers, customers, and anyone interacting with our content. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products
We do our best to accurately display all products, colors, and sizing. However, screens vary and we can't guarantee that what you see perfectly matches the physical product. If something arrives and it's genuinely not what you expected, reach out at hello@flostado.com and we'll sort it out.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Pre-Orders
Some items are available for pre-order before they ship. By placing a pre-order you agree to:
- Being charged at the time of purchase
- An estimated ship date that may change
- Our standard return policy once the item is delivered
We'll always keep you updated if timelines shift.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the U.S. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Flostado is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is outlined separately on our Returns & Exchanges page. It is part of these terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — including designs, copy, graphics, logos, and the Flostado name — belongs to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without written permission. That includes our product designs, which are original and protected.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site to do anything unlawful, harmful, or just generally not cool. This includes but is not limited to fraud, spam, or any attempt to interfere with our store or systems.
9. Flo Club & Flokens
Participation in Flo Club and earning or redeeming Flokens is subject to program terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time. Flokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
10. Limitation of Liability
Flostado is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
