Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
The basics
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- If shipping, A $7 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund at the time of processing. Drop-off return has no fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@flostado.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return label within 1–2 business days
- Drop it off, ship it back, and we'll handle the rest
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We got you. Exchanges are free for pick-up orders — just mention it when you reach out and we'll sort it out. A shipping fee will apply for non-pick-up orders.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale or part of a limited drop cannot be returned or exchanged. We'll always make that clear before you buy.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items follow the same return policy once delivered.
