Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


The basics

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • If shipping, A $7 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund at the time of processing. Drop-off return has no fee.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@flostado.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return label within 1–2 business days
  3. Drop it off, ship it back, and we'll handle the rest
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We got you. Exchanges are free for pick-up orders — just mention it when you reach out and we'll sort it out. A shipping fee will apply for non-pick-up orders.


Final sale items

Items marked as final sale or part of a limited drop cannot be returned or exchanged. We'll always make that clear before you buy.


Pre-orders

Pre-order items follow the same return policy once delivered.
